XML Gateway Service
aspsms.com goes XML
In order to grasp customer segments that are not able or willing to use the Windows-based ActiveX component, we have developed an XML interface. The interface controls the same capacities as the ActiveX component.
The Extensible Markup Language (XML) is a subset of SGML. Its goal is to enable generic SGML to be served, received, and processed on the Web in the way that is now possible with HTML. XML has been designed for ease of implementation and for interoperability with both SGML and HTML.
This is why we opted for XML:
- XML is a more open standard with high acceptance
- XML is extensible
- XML is self-describing
- XML is international
- XML is platform and program language independent

ASPSMS goes SOAP
We have built the ASPSMS SOAP Web Service from the scratch and added new functionality. The SOAP Webservice will be the core interface to connect to the ASPSMS System and the method of choice for most developers. From Two-Factor Authentication ASPTOKEN to Bulk SMS, anything you can possibly think of can be implemented with the ASPSMS SOAP interface. All features are supported, such as ASPTOKEN, request remaining credits, delivery notification and a lot more.
