Credit warning
Complex example - escalation:
This complex example points out, how to handle complex structures with several involved persons and different warning levels and warning messages.
For a project in your company, usually packets of 10'000 ASPSMS are being purchased.
- 1. warning level: If the balance reaches or goes below 2500 ASPSMS credits, the purchasing agent receives a short message reminder to purchase credits.
If no credits are added to the account, the balance will continue to decrease.
- 2. warning level: If the balance reaches or goes below 2500 ASPSMS credits, the purchasing agent receives another short message reminder to purchase credits - additionally the project manager is informed.
If still no credits are added to the account, the balance will continue to decrease.
- 3. warning level: If the balance reaches or goes below 500 ASPSMS credits, together with the purchasing agent and the project manager, also the executive receives a short message so action can be taken immediately
