15 minutes after Dany received the order, he was able to inform the manager of the shopping mall and the security staff at the place about the additional securities and their arrival time.
Also the disposition of long term schedule is done by SMS communication. Headquarter sends all requests to to the staff in question and they answer to the Global Two-Way Number.
