| 2020-12-07 | Under certain circumstances no contacts could be imported with the SMSBLASTER web edition from 06.-07.12.2020. The underlying problem was fixed. |
| 2020-11-29 | Due to a malfunction it could have happened that SMS received via the SMTP interface were delivered without content in the period 03:38 - 12:09 CET. The problem was solved. |
| 2020-11-04 | Between 09:00 and 09:30 CET the *.aspsms.com wildcard certificate for the encryption of the communication with the ASPSMS HTTPS interfaces was renewed (json.aspsms.com, soap.aspsms.com, webapi.aspsms.com, webservice.aspsms.com, xml1.aspsms.com, xml2.aspsms.com, xml3.aspsms.com, xml4.aspsms.com). | 2020-11-04 | Due to a malfunction at one of our partners, a large proportion of successfully sent and delivered SMS messages were not confirmed for delivery from the night of November 4 onwards. The problem was fixed at 12:03pm. All missing delivery statuses were added. |
| 2020-09-07 | From 07:48 a certificate error occurred in connection with the interface api.smsblaster.com. On the one hand, this had the effect, that the ASPSMS websites were not reachable, on the other hand, the import of contact data into the SMSBLASTER web edition was not possible. The websites could be made accessible again at 08:19 CET. The underlying certificate problem and therefore the problem with the contact import were fixed at 14:45 CET. The SMS dispatch was not affected at any time. SMS could be entered into the system via all interfaces as well as sent. |

As a result, it could happen that customer systems did not qualify the communication with the interfaces as continuously secure and therefore did not send SMS sending orders to the ASPSMS system. | 2020-02-11 2020-02-12 | Due to a serious malfunction at Swisscom, the sending of SMS was partially restricted from 22:35 - 00:07 CET. Affected SMS messages successfully delivered to the ASPSMS system during the fault were sent as soon as Swisscom was available again. (Infos: allestörungen.ch) |
