System Status
| 2021-12-07 | During the night from 06.12.21 to 07.12.21 at 1 a.m. an emergency maintenance announced at short notice took place during 30 minutes. After completing the work and testing, a part of the ASPSMS system was in an incorrectly initialized state. This was not immediately recognized, and the problem was fixed in the morning at 8:05 a.m. . For this reason, some interfaces could not process text messages. All systems and interfaces of the ASPSMS system are working currently flawless again. |
| 2021-09-13 | From 4:40 p.m. to 6:20 p.m., the sending of SMS was slowed down strongly by a malfunction at Swisscom. All SMS were delivered; some with delay. |
| 2021-09-02 | From 14:33 - 17:03 CET, parts of the ASPSMS system were temporarily unavailable for individual customers due to an externally caused disruption. |
| 2021-06-07 | Due to a disruption at Swisscom, the sending of SMS was temporarily severely slowed down. The problem was solved. |
| 2021-05-22 2021-05-23 | Due to a malfunction it could have happened that SMS received via the SMTP interface were delivered without content in the period 15:49 - 06:35 CET. The problem was solved. |

| 2021-03-30 | Due to a serious problem at Swisscom, the sending of SMS was partially restricted from 14:33 - 14:48 CET. |
| 2021-02-18 2021-02-19 | A malfunction at a mobile phone partner resulted in SMS messages to SALT customers or to cell phone numbers with the prefix 004178 not being delivered correctly in some cases during the affected period. The problem was solved at 2021-02-19 16:16 CET. |
| 2021-02-11 | From 06:30 - 10:30 CET there was a problem with the delivery of SMS to the Telekom Deutschland mobile network. The problem was solved. |
| 2021-01-20 | From 13:15 - 16:00 HTTPS access to the www.aspsms.* websites and access to the sendlog through the website was restricted due to a problem with a certificate. ASPSMS APIs and SMS sending were not affected by the disruption in any way. |
| 2021-01-13 2021-01-14 | In the period 13.01.2021 10:15 - 14.01.2021 11:00 it could have happened due to a malfunction in the SMS processing that under certain circumstances problems occurred in the delivery of SMS with special umlauts or accents in the message text. |
| 2021-01-08 | In the period 18:11 - 22:50:00 a malfunction occurred in the ASPSMS JSON interface. The submission to the ASPSMS system via json.aspsms.com was not possible. Previously delivered, scheduled SMS, which were planned to be sent during the malfunction, were not affected. |
| 2021-01-04 2021-01-05 | As of January 4, for some SMS that were successfully sent and delivered, there were no delivery notifications. The problem was solved on January 5 at around 10:00 am. All missing delivery statuses were added. |
