| 2023-09-26 | Between 07:45 - 8:30 a.m. a nationwide disturbance occurred at Swisscom. The ASPSMS system was fully functional and generally accessible during this period. Customers who were affected by the Swisscom malfunction may have experienced problems logging into the ASPSMS system and receiving SMS messages on their cell phones. |

| 2023-05-10 | Due to a technical malfunction between 14:30 - 15:30 it was possible that delivery confirmations for sent SMS as well as incoming SMS to ASPSMS Global Two-Way numbers were processed with delay. The problem has been fixed. |
| 2023-04-17 | SMTP Interface Due to a malfunction it could have happened that SMS received via the SMTP interface were sent with a delay in the period 07:29 - 08:45 CET. The problem was solved. |
