How to Create a Zapier Workflow with ASPSMS

Use one of our popular workflow templates or create a workflow tailored to your needs with the ASPSMS Zap. Choose from over 20 Zapier ASPSMS templates.

Creating a Zap is generally very straightforward.

1. Select one of the ASPSMS templates or create a new Zap in your Zapier account.
   
   
2. Select the template or web application that serves as the trigger for the action, such as your calendar.
3. Log in to the trigger application and select the trigger, e.g., the deletion of an appointment.
   
4. Now choose the ASPSMS Zap as the action.
5. As the event, select “Send SMS” and log in with your ASPSMS UserKey and API password (available in your ASPSMS account).
6. Finally, enter the mobile number of the SMS recipient and choose text components, e.g., date & time and the title of the canceled meeting.
   

The Zap can now be tested immediately and, if everything works fine, published in Zapier.
